You’re keen to get your fancy new business cards. How long will it take?

We want you to receive your cards as swiftly as possible. However, being a bespoke product, it is important not to compromise the quality of the cards by unduly rushing the process. The up to date information below should help you gauge the time needed to design, produce and deliver your cards to you. We review and update the lead times below on a daily basis.

Want to know more about each stage?

Step 1 - Design

When utilising our free design service, we aim to send you an initial digital proof as swiftly as possible. However, we ask that you allow time to accommodate multiple revisions to the artwork. It is likely that there will be elements you like and others that you do not. We do not place an arbitrary limit on the number of revisions we are prepared to undertake. Instead, we use your feedback to patiently revise the artwork, moving the project forward until you are 100% happy.

Step 2 - Production

Once you are happy with the design, we begin producing the cards. We combine cutting-edge workflows with traditional artisan manufacturing techniques. For example, every single batch of plastic business cards manufactured at our Hampshire studio is crafted by hand. Each ink is applied separately using traditional presses. Our wooden cards are laser cut and engraved and our metal cards are carved using our advanced chemical milling process.

Step 3 - Inspection

Our craftsmen and women take genuine pride in their work, carrying out regular quality checks throughout the production process. Once your order is ready, we carry out a final inspection before packing the cards. The box is then sealed with a tamper-proof label on to which the person responsible for producing your cards signs their name. We then carefully wrap and label your order before handing it over to the courier.

Step 4 - Shipping

With thousands of customers already in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and Australia, we now ship to 128 countries around the world. Using the FedEx ‘track and trace’ facility, you can monitor the progress of your shipment from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door.
