Pantone spot colour screen printing

Achieve vibrant and precise colours with Pantone spot colour screen printing on our carbon fibre business cards. This printing method ensures that your brand colours are reproduced with high accuracy and consistency, maintaining the integrity of your brand identity. The combination of Pantone’s renowned colour precision with the sophisticated appearance of carbon fibre results in business cards that are not only visually striking but also memorable. 

1. Each card is produced using 0.8mm thick carbon fiber with an authentic twill weave. This is sealed within a tough lacquer coating, providing a smooth surface with a satin finish on both sides.
    

2. Text and graphics are screen printed onto the surface using colour-accurate Pantone spot inks. Additionally, we offer optional full-colour printing if required.
    

3. Each card is cut from a large carbon fiber sheet using CNC technology. This allows us to customise the shape of the cards perimeter. We can also cut elements of the carbon fibre away to create aesthetically interesting design elements.

Free Design Service

We provide a completely free design service to all customers who do not already have artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information, our design team will put together an initial concept and first draft. We then create a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows how the card would look once produced. Using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout.
