Our vibrant acrylic business cards are laser-cut from genuine Perspex® and printed by hand.

Genuine Perspex®

We use only genuine Perspex® because it’s considered to be the best quality acrylic in the world. Whether you prefer an eye-popping burst of colour that only the fluorescent range can offer, or the more tactile selection of frosted hues, we guarantee your business card will leave an indelible first impression.

Key Features

Cut and etch bY laser

Each of our Perspex® business cards is sculpted using a high power CO2 laser. This not only enables us to alter the shape of the card’s perimeter, but to also cut away intricate repeating patterns and graphics.

Hot INK printing

We hand print contact details and spot-colour logos onto the Perspex® using a range of vegetable-based pigment and metallic inks.

3MM thick

To protect the structural integrity of the card, we use 3mm thick, genuine Perspex®. This showcases the vibrant coloured edge and allows us to cut intricate patterns without fear of fragility.

GLOW EDGES

The fluorescent colours have a striking coloured edge that amplifies the surface colour, giving the perimeter a near-luminous glow. These include acid green, helios yellow, lava orange and Mars red.

Specifications

  1. Each ink is applied to the Perspex® using 200°C of heat and approx 4 tonnes per sq/inch of pressure. This ensures a strong bond between the ink and Perspex®.

  2. The extraordinary accuracy and power of the laser is used to cut away decorative patterns and other design features. We also cut the perimeter of the card to the desired shape.

  3. Each card is constructed using 3mm thick, genuine Perspex®. When opting for fluorescent acrylic, each card has a vibrant edge, amplifying the surface colour to a near-luminous glow.

Free Design Service

Designing a Perspex® business card is no picnic. Fortunately, we provide a completely free design service to all customers who don’t already have artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information our design team will put together an initial concept. We then create a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows how the card would look once produced. Using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout.
